  • Are the cleaners reliable?
  • We guarantee that you trust our cleaners. They are all well-trained and hold the right certificates for the job. We send only insured and vetted cleaning professionals.

  • Do I have to do anything before the service?
  • No. The cleaners bring their own equipment and detergents. The only thing that we ask from you is to ensure a free parking space near your property so the cleaner can park and bring in the heavy cleaning machine.

  • How is the price estimated?
  • In most of the cases, you will just need to call us and explain in details what furniture you want us to clean. If the service requires a visit from our side to estimate the cost, we will send an expert.
    Our cleaning services have fixed prices, VAT included.

  • Do you have cancellation fees?
  • If you want to cancel your booking, or arrange it for other date and time, just give us a call within a reasonable time. We will cancel it for free.

  • What kind of detergents do you use?
